Q: Can thus be used to make hand sanitizer with?

Kira, the the percent of alcohol in the the sanitizer goes down when you add anything to it. So if you're making hand sanitizer, when you add an equal amount of Aloe vera gel to the alcohol it cuts the alcohol percent in half, so ~50% alcohol. That's why you buy the percentage of alcohol so high. If you start with 70% alcohol instead of 99% alcohol, when you add an equal part of Aloe vera gel (or whatever you are using), the alcohol percentage gets cut in half and you have only a 35% alcohol strength sanitizer, MUCH too low to be effective at killing any germs, or Coronavirus.

Q: Is this really 99% isopropyl alcohol? I’m looking for substitute for technical use “expensive electronics” that would be damaged. Is 99% true?

Craig is not technically correct and I doubt they know if it’s actually 99%. 70% would be fine for electronics so that’s not good reasoning.
