This fantastically priced Harry Hall hat has the new safety standard as of 2016 which is PAS015. Traditionally styled and is a great starter hat for those just beginning their equine journey. BSI Kitemarked lightweight riding hat conforming to PAS 015 Kitemark Licence Number: KM 633502. Soft microfibre suede covering. Breathable moulded padded inner lining.

Lovely riding hat, unfortunately had to return because I picked the wrong size. Certified to current standards so definitely useful for riding in official places (competitions, riding schools). The texture was nice, probably useful to have a cover when riding under the rain.
