I got this slipcover because my couch was flaking off the faux leather and my cat was scratching up the arms but I didn't want to get rid of it. It was free and comfy. So onto the review, I do overall like the slipcover. It was a little difficult to put on as had trouble figuring out which way went where. A tag that said back would be nice. It only pulls a little from claws and my cat does not like how it feels when he tries to scratch the arm so he has stopped that. There's no more black flakes that I'm finding in very odd places, so I'm happy. Main complaint; cat hair. It loves cat hair. And not in a good way. I have to lay a blanket on it so it doesn't get covered as it is my cats favorite place to sleep currently. Good news, it also wipes off. Just give it a few vigorous wipes and you'll have a fairly clean couch again.Overall I recommend it. Even if the cat hair is a little annoying it's livable. If you have a cat that doesn't retract their claws like I do then might have some trouble with the thread pulling but even then it's not a whole lot. If you do not have pets then this is a great slipcover. If you do have pets then it's a good one.

We received this slip cover within a few business days. The reason we bought it was to cover up an old couch that didn't look great but felt comfy still.This slip cover has the potential to make it look new again!Very easy to install, I was worried it wasn't going to cover the whole couch. But it did!The quality of the material is great. We chose the dark blue and looks exactly like the picture.The only downfall and it may just be our couch, is that they give you these foam "rods" I guess you can say, to hold the cover snug in place to really give it that form. But they keep popping out when we sit down. The sides you can tuck them in nice, but the back cushions you can't push it far enough down inside the couch where it'll stay .... I think it's because our couch is broken in already. So I'm not sure if this is the products fault.Any ideas on something heavier to hold the cover down without damage might be an interesting product upgrade.Now keep in mind it stays on and has never slipped off!! I'm referring to making the cover flat to the cushions of a couch where you sit. So it's almost like tucking in and making it nice and flat towards the back cushions and the sides of the and of the couch.Overall, you can't go wrong with this price, the quality of the cover, and it's so comfy cozy!

Bought this for my ugly worn down sofa that had a bunch of tears. Installation was a little bit tricky trying to line everything up, but once it did...it looks and feels great.Except the foam noodles suck. Like...bad.They kept popping out as a big buy myself sat down and they sprung out and would not stay put. But then I had an idea.....It's gonna sound crazy, but instead of the wimpy foam noodles included, I used CANNED GOODS. crazy I know, but you know what? I can toss myself in the sofa and the cover will not budge at all and stays firmly in place now.Couldn't be happier with the cover now that it stays put under all my weight.In short, the cover really should have come with something heavier and bulkier than foam sticks.I'm sure there's less "trashy" ways to keep it put but you I cannot even see the canned goods at all. If you've got the resources you could also get a thick PVC pipe and cut it the length of your sofa crevice and use that instead. But for me, canned goods did the trick perfectly.

I was very pleasantly surprised with these covers! I wouldn't have ordered if I didnt think they would be satisfactory, but these have been so awesome so far! We are renting a furnished place right now and as convenient as that it, the furniture may not always be your style. I wanted a plain color couch with accent pillows and that is exactly what I achieved with these covers! I had the dark gray in my cart until I changed my mind last minute to get the light gray and I am so happy with them! As you can see, our 8 week old kitten has taken a liking to the foam "holders" that keep the cover in place. They do come out every once in a while but for the most part, the cover is tight enough to stay in place on its own and not the end of the world to adjust. He can't jump up on the couch by himself yet, so he does claw his way up (another reason we wanted covers as to not damage the owner's furniture) and he has created some pills in the fabric but aside from his claws, it is durable for human use! I highly recommend these covers as the price is great and the fabric and easy application is perfect.

I bought this slip cover to protect a faux leather sofa that is subject to dogs and entry way traffic. While my sofa is smaller than the slip cover itself, I had to do some creative thinking with it (The sofa doesn't have arms and is a futon). Overall, the cover stretches to fit the sofa and it is a nice looking and soft fabric and comes with foam dowels that can be used to make the fabric contour to the sofa. I do like the appearance of the cover and it can be vacuumed for cleaning but I've noticed that dog hair will stick to fabric, making cleaning it a little more challenging. I also noticed that it didn't stand up to my dogs nails, when they would jump up on it, since I found a couple of small holes.For the cost, it will help to protect the sofa to last longer than without it, so I'm glad that I made this purchase.

I recently purchased this couch cover with one for an arm chair, so they would match, because my 15 month old Rottie-Lab mix dog decided he wanted something under the coach and he chewed one end and half the front off. The covers do the job they were purchased for however it required some adjustments to make them fit properly. We had to staple the covers to the underside of the each piece of furniture to keep them pulled down. The covers would probably fit better over a couch or chair that is straight sided and not curved. The material is quite thin and I noticed the other day that there are 2 small holes on the end. If I had to purchase new slip covers I think I would opt for something that I can actually look at and feel before purchasing.

Dog nails put a hole in the fabric. But I sewed that and it's fine..dont let dogs on your couch with this

It’s alright. I ordered the XL and good thing. It’s still a bit small, it doesn’t fit properly on one arm rest. It’s also see through. But it’s cheaper than a new couch.

I am mostly happy with this sofa cover. The only issue I had was getting the back portion to stay in the crease of the couch.

good for protecting furniture . Medium size id really big . not fitting will on medium size sofa .
