Here's my 30 day review.I would call these more of a soft chew then gummy.4/5 for flavor4/5 for textureWhen taking creatine you have to remember you MUST be able to take them every day for it to build up in your body.I workout 3-5 times a week.3 days strength training 2 days cardio. Active recovery (walking) the others.Consistency so far I'm seeing a small change in my body. Another 2 to 3 months of eating the create and then a month off. I would highly recommend it. If youre expecting to just get big only eating these and not working out consistently, you're not going to see results. Greate product. Would've gave 5 star only for the fact these are not gummies lol.

I loved the packaging design and its taste . It was not sugary which i liked a lot. And it gives me a bit energy to tackle daily routines . I would highly recommend to try this brand if you like high quality vitamins in gummy form… nice to give as a gift because of its packaging 🙌🏼

They taste awful so bad I had to give them away. Would not take them.

I was unable to even get to a place where I could comment on its effectiveness because the taste, and texture is unbearable. I understand it's supposed to be a healthy supplement, but it doesn't need to taste like ground up dirt with a splash of mold.I only ate one, not a pack, one gummy, and you can't return it exchange it so buyer beware you're stuck with this gritty rotten tasting chews no matter what.Awful product, would not recommend.

Great product, I get my entire vitamin supplements, greens and creatine all in one.

I've purchased these several times now. They're perfect for travel, taste fantastic, and I don't believe I've missed a single day over the past 60 days. I now buy them for my partner as well. My only request is that the creatine dosage be 5mg, it's strange to me that its only 4mg.
