The media could not be loaded. I used in the past other android tv box and left a bit dissapointed for product quality/ not stable internet connection and I was afraid I might have the same issues when I bought the W2 android tv box.Despite my fears I have bought the W2 android box and since my life changed due to how easy and fluid the W2 android tv box runs. Connected to my wifi with no problem at all and just in a couple of minutes the box was ready to be used, offering a stable internet connection and a very friendly menu. Comes with some preinstalled apps, not many, and this is not bad in my opinion because gives you the chance to decide the apps you want to install on your tv box without being hooked to certain default apps.The android tv box gives a good image and sound quality and I am impressed because my tv is a bit old and I remember the big difference when compared with the other android tv box used in the past.Another thing impressed me in the box you find a classic tv remote and a backlight keyboard, very useful when used in the dark with good and easy to use controls, not many android tv box sellers offer this.Good value for the amount paid and happy with the purchase.

Good box does what it says. Smooth interface. Offers smooth 4K streaming, ample storage for apps/games, and dual-band Wi-Fi for stable connectivity. Includes a wireless mini keyboard for easy navigation. Powered by mains. Outperforms other more premium products. Ideal for casual viewers seeking versatility without premium certifications. Great value would recommend.

On paper, specs look very capable and good value as a media device however in reality....netflix and Disney plus app was unsupported and iplayer app was buggy. Also as a parent there was no parent controls on say the movie app which meant all movies would show up as soon as you went on the app. Should be age restricted until age verified via a pin. So really unsuitable as a plug n play device. If you have time to tinker with it then fine but I went to a fire stick in the end for a more streamline experience. 2 major apps not working was a big letdown.

Well easy to assemble and connect.Keyboard is almost great, just need stronger glasses to read. Would have been good to have printed both for it and the remote. Especially as different keys from normal remotes.Switched to Ethernet as using SmartTV on wifi often dropped to 0kbs.Very clear picture except for the menus. Hear the remote bleep but hard to see whet is option highlighted.Finally worked all of that out and started to try and watch Netflix.Opens app no problem.BUT! Opens straight onto a film to watch. [see attached], but very difficult to select and bo elsewhere.Eventually found a combination of Remote and Keypad and Ketboard allowed to change but only limited options.Screen seems expandedso unable to scroll down and select anything. [see attached]/Will persist and maybe contact support/seller19/02/25Fast response from seller.Working through issues.

My wife and I are going on holiday, but we're a bit old to go out clubbing or pubbing in the evening, so this media player will be ideal late in the evening.I was surprised at how easy it is to operate and having the keyboard remote is brilliant, saves a lot time with character entry rather than the other normal remote control.This Android TV box was easy to set up, and was running in less than a minute, time display on the front is useful.The apps on it include a media player that I find easier to use than my favourite media player, VLC. It can play MKV, MP4 and MKV files.Setting up Miracast was simple and every other app I found on board does the job well.Best of all, the price was great and only another £3 to double the onboard ROM.I am delighted with this Android Media Player.

Box was well packaged and contained everything necessary to be up and running in about 3 minutes. The box itself is quite small and unobtrusive, sits under the TV and you hardly notice it is there. The small keyboard worked instantly and makes inputting passwords etc. so much quicker and easier than using a remote. The main remote control also has the facility to learn the main TV commands as well.Box came pre-loaded with some very useful software to enable watching movies, live TV and sport, as well as Netflix app.Would recommend, thinking of buying another one for our dining room TV.

I’ve been using this Android TV Box with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage for a few weeks, and overall, it offers excellent value. Some of the pre-installed apps needed updates, and the interface wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped. It took a bit of trial and error to get everything running the way I like.If you’re comfortable with a little tech tinkering, this box delivers solid performance for streaming and media playback. Just be ready to spend some time on setup before you get to enjoy it fully.

everything is working well with this except for the 1st usb port as this doesn't. I've tried 4 different remotes with this and still doesn't work. I have got to use usb 2 and I need 2 usb ports
