Authentic traditional Bulgarian taste. I have reordered and will do that again soon. The only fail I had was caused by keeping the mixture to “cure” in a too hot environment straight after mixing. Avoid that and all should be good. Also it is very important to use sanitised equipment especially the containers you boil/heat the milk and the ones you will pour it to.
