In love with this face plate! It came with spare screws AND tools to install it! I was expecting just the face, but the tiny screwdriver and prying tool to get the original plate off were a lifesaver.The quality is excellent and it’s got a satiny feel to it. It’s just subtly purple and it matches wonderfully with my paw print caps :) definitely worth the money and will be buying more for my other controllers!

My son tried to put this on his controller and noticed it felt sticky and looked absolutely disgusting.He took it off and tried to wash it. All he succeeded in doing was stripping the color off the controller.The paint is what is causing the sticky texture and filthy look. An absolute waste of money for a Christmas gift. This will be returned.The color of it was beautiful, but not if it can't be used. In the photos you can see the original color (darker red), and the other half that was washed (the rust orange color).

I've had this controller for like 4 years and it was so dirty and the thumbs grips ripped off and i was thinking of buying a new one but when i saw this was an option for 13$ i thought id give it a try. and i love it! so easy to install and way cheaper than getting a new one.

This is not. This is a standard quality black frame, for way too much. You could probably find a cheaper deal on Ebay for a full shell, and honestly I find it hard to be "fair" towards this. It's $20, for the front case. Not even the side pads, or the rear battery house frame. This doesn't contain a controller, why does it cost so much when it's JUST THE FRONT PART?...Honestly, for the end price of buying this, you could probably and more likely buy an entire controller that would have that shell...

Easier to replace than I thought. Nice bright colour. Solid material. Perfect fit. No unwanted effects on the controller.

Ordered the violet purple faceplate and if I'm being honest, I was worried about it not fitting the controller right in general. However, that's not the case. Fits beautifully on the controller without any difference to the original faceplate. The outer side of the faceplate is VERY smooth, so I'm extremely happy with that. Only complaint I have is the difficulty of getting the side panels/grips off the controller to reveal the other 4 screws. I definitely recommend looking up a YouTube tutorial on how to properly remove the side panels without hurting your hand/breaking the panel clips. Overall, I'm genuinely impressed!
