Weak magnet
I have to re magnetize it to make magnet stronger. I followed YT instructions of getting a strong magnet and rubbing it about 10x into one direction to align and make it stronger. Alleast it can pick up a screw now. I think the more you rub it, the better.

Excellent ph2 screwdriver bit
Fit in European and US Phillips screws is excellent with little or no wobble or give. Very good for use in impact drivers. Very snug. I have had no problems with cam out or slip. I am not sure about Japanese Phillips and is a little too full for the cheap Chinese screws supplied with some fittings, although the Ph1 bit did fit. Nothing to complain about.They work really well for Spax z2 fitting screw heads, where some pz2 bits do not fully engage, which is why I bought them. They actually work nearly as well as a pz2 good quality bit in standard pz2 screws. Awsome.
