I bought this brand because I couldn't find the last brand I used. This brand is causing me to have really bad headaches within 15-20 minutes after taking it. I have had really good benefits for relief from inflammation with sour sop but I do not recommend this particular brand. Of course, everyone's body is different and can react differently.

This is easy to take without digestive issues or taste issues. This supplement has so many benefits. It is a staple in Carribean homes. I will get more when this bottle runs out. This is a great supplement to have in your pantry. Highly recommend. Excellent value for the money.

The listing says this is flavorless but it definitely has a taste. I wouldn't say it's horrible but it's not pleasant to me. I put it in my smoothie in the morning and I can't taste it at all. There is a lot of research on this fruit and I feel confident taking it. The dropper makes it easy to measure and it is a good dose. I don't notice any huge differences but I got it for the antioxidant and immunity boost. I can't prove how effective it is in those areas.

It seems like it is a quality product that is easy to use. Just put drops from the dropper in water and mix. It mixes easily which is nice as it is not a thick liquid. Overall, I think that this is exactly as described and if looking for this supplement I would recommend.
