This product does the job (I think). It is hard to know how it performs as that knowledge will only come over the course of time, but it was exactly what it said, it went on well, and it was a very good price. And hopefully, it will help to keep tha patio clean.

Bought this product after having the patio professionally cleaned.We applied it using both a brush and roller between us so got it done quite quickly. Only applied one coat but there is probably enough left to do another coat. Does not affect appearance of patio. When it rain the water droplets just lay on the surface so we are hoping it gives it protection to any future mould or blackspot.

Does exactly as it says it does seals in only one coat I did my whole patio area in only one coat repels the water extremely well just blade it off

Does what it says on tin. Doesn't change the colour at all and that's what I wanted. I had to use lithofin bero to get rid rusty look from iron in the stone before I sealed it. Now it looks great and is protected.FYI, I applied with a large brush. And it was dry in a few hours.Fully inspected by pug and passed all observations.

Easy to apply, bit expensive for what it is. Don't sell in smaller quantity for small areas
