works perfectly and is high quality
Lost my tensioner and this replacement is much stouter and easier to use. Highly recommend it for 1/2 inch strapping.

did not work well
it did not work well with 1/2 plastic webbing. it would probably be okay with stiffer webbing material and wider also.

Cutter doesn't work
The ratchet part was really good but the cutter did not cut the material I was using so I had to cut it myself. The teeth part that holds down the band fell off after about a month of using it. So overall good product but really bad assembly.
