During the first use, I am unable to use due again. The bag ripped where one end of the shoulder straps attached. I only had my MacBook Pro, the charging cable, my iPad Pro, and assorted items such as my wallet, a folder containing approx 20 sheets of paper.So disappointing for I liked the appearance of the case.

The bag handles remain solid. I sometimes carry a text book or two in addition to my laptop; so there might be 10 lbs or stuff in it every so often. I rarely use the shoulder strap, so I can't speak to it's durability. The zippers are well built. They don't open on their own, but they do open with little effort; so when opening, be careful to support the side with the laptop so it doesn't hinge open and slam down. The laptop slot is padded all around, so I don't have to worry about setting the bag down too gently.

I love all the separated storage which makes it great for organization. The lining on the inside is not super durable but definitely will last as long as it should. If your a little scared because of the low price, don't be, it's priced very well. I wouldn't have paid much more, but wouldn't expect much less either.

This is a very nice bag for storage of my computer and other essentials. I bought three of them, and gave 2 to my grandchildren. They love them! Now, when I go on long or short trips, I don't have to worry about my computer being damaged.

Didn't buy this for a laptop, but for carrying pedals, cables, power cords etc. I'm a guitar player and this keeps everything together. It also has a strap. Looks to be heavy duty and should last a long time. This should be marketed in the musical instrument department of Amazon.

Holds all of my important papers, laptop and items I need to travel and do my job as a homebound teacher. It has so many storage compartments that I have trouble remembering where everything is in it. This is a good problem.

I bought it for my brother. He like and was happy with it.

The rings for the sling/strap aren't well placed. So the bag keeps sliding to one side.Now, the fabric where one ring is has torn.
