I originally found Dova Health through their magnesium glycinate. I was initially a bit weary about ordering from a new company, but found them to be amazing in terms of the actual supplement quality and customer care when answering my queries. After having a very positive experience with their magnesium, I decided I would give their vitamin B a shot - and I'm glad that I did! Once again they seem to have created a supplement that is so superior to my usual ones. I'm not an expert in supplements by any means so I can't explain WHY they're so different, but I can tell you that I FEEL like I have notably more energy and my brain is in optimum gear.
