I just got this watch, “L LAVAREDO Waterproof Kids Digital Watches”, on 2025-04-19. I have just set it up and started to wear it, so I know nothing of how well it will hold up in the long term. So far, I like what I see. The instructions are clear and setup was easy. The watch has a lithium batter and needs to be recharged. The company says it will usually go 7 days before needing a charge. I cannot comment on this at this time.This is listed as a child’s watch, but I am an adult male and I bought this watch because it has features that I think are the most important ones. 1) the time and date display are large and bright. To see the time press the A button in 4 seconds the date is automatically displayed then the watch goes back to a dark face. 2) I like that the watch has an alarm. I will use this feature once in a while. There are actually 2 alarms. To get to alarm 1 press the A button 4 times. To enable or disable the alarm press and hold the A button. The display will show “A1 OF” when the alarm is disabled or the alarm time when the alarm is enabled. When the alarm is enabled use the B button to set the alarm time. 3) the watch also has a stop watch which I like to have available. The watch has a couple other features I will never use.It is really important to me that the use of a cell phone or an app is NOT REQUIRED.The one thing that worries me is the fact that the watch case is plastic. The plastic prongs that hold the watch band may be a weak point for this watch. The plastic prongs could be breakable. If they break, I would not be able to wear the watch on my wrist any more. The band that came with the watch is for a child. The band is too small for a man, so I have changed the original watch band to a 16mm wide Spidel Twist O Flex band. I will re-adjust this review if the prongs that holds the band break.

Está excelente, a mi hermanita le encantó demasiado, nos ayuda mucho cuando vamos a caminar es lo más interesante xq le toma cuantas millas ha caminado y se me hace muy interesante. Otra cosa que también está muy bien es de que no es muy grande es de buen tamaño no le molesta ni lastima cuando lo trae puesto. Creo que para la edad de 6 años en adelante está muy bonito. La verdad lo recomiendo para todas las que son mamis y tienen niñas o niños , si les gusta salir a caminar o llevarlos al parque muy buena opción para tomarles su récord de cuantos pasos han dado.

Edit: we took a chance an reordered. It is the charging cord that does work on the fist one! Both watches work and charge on the new cord. Changing rating from 2 to 4 starsOriginal: My daughter adored getting this watch for her birthday. The vibrating feature for the alarm was the perfect gentle wake up. Recharging was easy every weekend. She has only had it for less than a month, and now it does not seem to be taking a charge at all and we cannot get it to turn on no matter how long it sits on the charger. Very disappointing, as we really liked the style and features. I bought it a couple weeks before her birthday, gifted it on her birthday, the return window closed 2 weeks after, and about a week after that, it quit turning on. It would have been a five-star review if the watch had longevity.

So I bought this last November. Was given as a Christmas gift.My son ended up taking it on a vacation we went on in March. When we got home, he thought he had lost the (stupid, barely stays connected) charging cord.So the watch sat a week and died. We later DID find the charging cord! So I plugged it in overnight and checked the next day. Watch will NOT take a charge anymore, and thus won't ever turn back on. We barely got 3 months of use of the thing!Also this watch screen easily scratches! We learned the lesson too late, got a big scratch within a month, before I put a watch screen protector on it (that I had to cut down to fit since there are none that fit this exact screen size).Overall, a horrible disappointment.

I got the watch for my daughter. We just wanted a simple watch with date and time and a lighted display that also could do an alarm and stop watch, but she is excited about the step counter. The one thing I do not like about it is when selecting weight it doesn’t go by one pound at a time it would only let me select between 77 and 81 or 85 for example. And I made sure I had it in EN measurement. I also don’t like that you have to push the button to display the time and it only shows the time and then the date a few seconds after. So you have to keep pressing the A button to see more info. The display does not show what it advertises and the information packet doesn’t show any directions on how to change the display. One other thing is the steps don’t seem as accurate, but not super concerned since it is just fun for her right now. It went from 300 to 500 in just a couple steps.
