Didn't work. Wanted to give it another try but it's too expensive to take the chance.

Great for helping with a weight loss journey
I am Definitely a stress eater, when things get a bit much i do turn to eating or if im bored i will eat also. This product has helped with that as it has curbed my appetite so even if i fridge or cabinet surf i do not pick something out to eat i just close the door. I dont notice any bothersome smells, smells like a pill. Easy to swallow, good value for the money.I will say this : IT IS NOT A RAPID WEIGHTLOSS SUPPLEMENT. you have to put the work in to lose the weight. Taking a pill and sitting around will not help you lose weight. This in conjunction with some movement, and a manageable for you diet will do wonders. This will aid you. thats what im using it for. i eat a more balanced diet, stay away from fast food as much as possible, Try to at least walk everyday. thats what i do and it seems to be helping. Everything in moderation people.

Didn’t work for me.
This didn’t do anything for me. I tried it for 3 months and my weight didn’t change.

Maybe they work, maybe they don't? I've taken the entire bottle, and I can't honestly say if they helped or not because there wasn't really ever any consistency with how I felt regarding hunger and eating. Maybe it takes more than one bottle to notice any difference, but the price is a bit too high for me considering there's only 30 pill inside.

Works, but tastes bad
Seems to work okay for me. I take one after my mid-meal (lunch for me). But (sorry for being descriptive) it give me terrible tasting burps for about 30min after taking most days (not always). Taking it between foods (like my main dish & fruit) helps a little with the bad taste

DId not work for me and I took twice a day. I feel it made me more hungry :(
