This bike is an incredible value for the price. It performs exceptionally well, boasts impressive speed, and offers a substantial range. My son adores it and uses it daily to commute to and from school, effortlessly covering 25 miles on the highest mode, with the potential for even longer distances at slower speeds.Moreover, the bike’s construction is commendable. The frame is sturdy and well-built, providing excellent support and stability. It generates ample power, reaching a top speed of 33-35 miles per hour, fulfilling all my requirements.In addition to its exceptional performance, the bike comes with excellent customer service, making it a truly worthwhile investment.

This is the best bike in town, very good speed and very reliable. It gets me front point A to point B very fast. I've had this bike for 4 months and little issues with it.

I bought this e-bike recently, and to my absolute shock, the front tire came off while simply taking it out of the garage. Just imagine what could have happened if this had occurred while my 13-year-old son was riding it on the road.This isn’t just a quality issue—it’s a serious safety hazard. The build is clearly unreliable, and I shudder to think of the consequences if we hadn’t caught this in time. This is not a product failure; this is a potential tragedy waiting to happen.Please, if you care about your safety or your family’s, do not buy this bike. The lack of basic structural integrity makes it unfit for use, especially by children. No family should have to go through this fear.

I have purchased two of these bikes which both work perfectly and have a top speed of about 30. I highly suggest replacing the tires immediately unless you ride on clean pavement. These bikes should have moped rated tires. Rear shock is too stiff for us at 135-155lbs but cheap swap. And the pedals are made of a weird plastic material that breaks quickly(odd because quality pedals are quite cheap) $15 and peace of mind. The value for the money is here 100%. But if you're going to charge offroad at 30mph or alongside cars on the road you may want to consider some safety upgrades(tires/pedals). I will say, however, the hydraulic brakes work excellent on my bikes and are suitable for the bike.

Man, I was skeptical buying this here but this turned out to be a great little e-bike. It’s been such a hit, our friends even bought one. Sleek looking, performs well, smooth riding. I’ll definitely be buying another one when my kiddo gets big enough for it.

I love this freaking ebike. I've had it for a year now and it's all good. Fast (30mph) and a comfortable ride. Ridstar is making decent products at a great price/value.
