Love this product. As a female over the age of 45, I want to build muscle and keep it. As we age, we lose a small percentage of our muscles each decade, and it also becomes harder to build and retain it. I have also come across some research that suggests that "Creatine can be good for the brain". But as with all products, do your research and consult your doctor before taking it. I gave this 4 Stars because of the price. Since I like it a lot, I have vowed to continue using it for its quality and the fact that I trust GNC's products.

Good for sensitive stomachs. Soluble. Put in juice and you don’t taste it at all. Effective for weight gain. My husband has tried a lot of different brands and this is his favorite.

GNC makes solid supplements. I would purchase again.
