I bought this UGREEN Bluetooth Adapter so I could pair my Bose QC700 headphones with my work PC, which doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth. It worked exactly as I hoped — quick setup, stable connection, and zero issues from day one. Setup Was Fast It recognised the adapter immediately, and pairing the headphones took less than a minute. No drivers, no restarts, no complications. Performance Strong, stable connection — no random disconnections. Low latency — perfectly fine for calls, meetings, and music. Good range — I can walk around my flat without losing signal. What I Like Most It just works. No tweaking, no troubleshooting. For a simple Bluetooth upgrade, this does exactly what it promises. Who It’s For Anyone with a desktop or older laptop that needs Bluetooth for headphones, speakers, or peripherals. Final Thoughts Super easy, affordable, and reliable. I’d definitely buy it again.

Works flawlessly! I just plugged it into my windows pc and I could connect my Bluetooth keyboard, no setup required and it was very easy to install! The sound quality through my AirPods were not the best but it is expected with such a cheap and little device. Great value for money, would recommend!

Sticks out a bit further than my bt 4.0 devices, but the distance it works is considerably greater. Uses a barrot chip, which one cannot tell. LED to say it is on, barely visible at an angle.

Best thing I have ordered this year; I got a PC a couple months ago and I ordered one that had built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers but I couldn't connect to either of them. I had to use an ethernet cable and a range extender for a long time, and it was not a good experience, and having no Bluetooth meant I couldn't use anything wireless. I even tried to install the drivers myself but each installation process failed. I then found out that I could buy these things called Bluetooth adapters that I could just plug into my PC, so I gave this one a chance and now I was able to have Bluetooth connection almost instantly, and this really made my day. Also bought the WIFI driver too, and both of them came literally hours after I ordered. Now not only can I connect to the internet, but with the keyboard, mouse and headphones that I ordered, I can use them wirelessly instead of being wired and making my workspace look extremely messy with cables and wires. Thanks UGREEN, I can always trust this brand.

Spent 2hrs trying to get this dongle to work, to be able to connect to ps5. We installed drivers etc, nothing worked. Should've guest that this would be rubbish for £6.99 Going on you tube to find best dongle to use with ps5. Sending this one back.

The best tech for me is when you plug it in and it just works straight away. Works fine on my windows 11 PC so I can connect my Bluetooth mouse. I tend to choose Ugreen for tech peripherals because their stuff just works and I’ve never had any problems.

I'm giving this a 3 star review on account of my personal experience and difficulty in getting it to work with my computer. It flatly wouldn't connect to any bluetooth device after the first few installs of the adapter. It would be recognised as a bluetooth adapter no problem, it just failed to see any devices when attempting to pair them. It took me having to uninstall and remove any driver it had installed before manually searching for the correct model number on my search engine and installing a "Barrot" bluetooth driver that I confirmed to be safe. Why? Because UGREEN's website does not have this USB adapter listed anywhere on there. So yeah, not easy to get working for my needs but eventually I did manage to use it on my desktop in order to pair a set of earbuds I recently purchased.

Works with every device I've tried so far, connects easily and offers high quality stability.

Very good. Plug and play. No connectivity issues at all. I had a generic BT adapter which gave me connectivity issues for the 2-3 years I had it. Finally decided to switch to this one and it has been perfect. Plug and forget

Bon produit de chez UGREEN. J’ai acheté cette clé car ma tour PC n’a pas de Bluetooth. Je suis parti sur cette marque car j’avais déjà acheté des produits chez eux et je n’avais jamais été déçu. Franchement, elle suffit largement pour une utilisation normale sur PC. Ce qui est génial, c’est qu’il n’y a pas besoin de manipulations compliquées pour qu’elle détecte vos appareils elle se connecte toute seule. La connexion ne bug jamais et je n’ai jamais eu de lag, même en regardant des films ou des vidéos sur YouTube. Je recommande !
