This was exactly what we were looking for. It was well described and came exactly as it was portrayed. Great value for the money. Camera was excellent.

Very surprised how quickly it came. For the price we think it does a good job. After we get the hang of how to maneuver etc I think we'll upgrade to more options etc.it is sturdy.

I bought this drone to use on a couple of projects I would have had to hire someone to do for me. This is a great little package, it comes with a backpack, landing pad, SD card, and even tools and extra props (I may have had to use a couple of these already). The drone is so much fun and so easy to fly! Immediately, I was able to use this drone, never having operated one before. Yes, I have crashed it, no, it wasn't the drone's fault, even after crashing it a couple times, messing around, the drone still works like new! The only downfall I can think of is that I wish the battery life were longer.

The DJI Mini 4K drone is simple to fly and produces some excellent video of my flights. I have had a lot of fun with this drone.

Husband loves it! Easily assembled and takes a really nice picture. Battery seems to die quickly, but I have no concept of how long it should last/how far it goes distance wise (husband has flown it miles away). A nice feature it has is that it will return to home base when the battery is critical, so you don’t have to worry about it dropping randomly and hunting for it (this might be a standard thing with drones?) Price is a bit steep, but I’m not into tech like that. I was told it was a good deal for this particular drone. No complaints.

The company (DJI) is as unprofessional dishonest as one can imagine. These drones are known for taking off apparently and the company seems to think the customer should be responsible. After getting multiple conflicting reports of what to do after it took off and crashed the first time, I repaired it myself. Then it took off Upward and almost hit Pluto a few months later and then finally, a month ago or so it took off several hundred yards into trees 50+ feet up. Mind you I'm an experienced drone pilot. So after spending a day getting it down and being promised by DJI it would be replaced, I again get nothing but the run around resulting in them giving me an "estimate" for repairs. This also after a whole day of getting them my flight records in which nobody really can explain how to get the dozens and dozens of files to them so who know if they actually got them.. The drone was damaged because it for whatever reason would just take off and this was brought to their attention early on, as well as it not having all of the parts. Of course they guaranteed it was not a refurbished drone, but the surgery says, that is a lie. In the repair report they even stated there was issues with something in the controller electronics, which I'd imagine could be the result of it flying away. At the end of the day they are making a fortune selling us crap products and 100% do not stand behind their quality as what you may read initially. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone who gives a crap about your time, job, and money.
