Herbal Equilibrium - 60 Tablets - Natural Menopause Relief Supplement for Hormonal Imbalance and Hot Flashes

UPDATE Dec. 2023 - It's been 10 yrs. that I've been on this supplement, and I will never give it up! It's my fav and has had the best impact on my hormone balance. I'm now 53 and although I still haven't gone an entire year without a period (that's when you're in true menopause) this peri-menopause roller-coaster has been a nightmare. I'm now also using bioidentical progesterone (and a tiny bit of testosterone) cream which has been helpful as well. When I had my testing done, my GYN wanted me to stop this supplement for 30 days so that they could get a true reading of my baseline hormone levels. I could not get back on it fast enough. The difference was very noticeable. As estrogen levels continue to drop, which wreaks havoc on a woman's body, this supplement is a safe alternative to HRT (even bioidentical), especially if you have cancer in your family history as I do. About a week after getting back on it I felt so much better. I'm taking two per day now that menopause is at my doorstep. I cannot highly recommend this product enough, and really any product that Women's Health Network sells. I can't afford to get all the supplements I want from them, but I won't ever give up this one!UPDATE Nov. 2021 - I've now used Herbal Equilibrium for 8 years. I was 43 when I first started taking it for perimenopause symptoms and I was still having regular monthly periods. It was a lifesaver! I've always taken just one a day and that has worked well for me. I did learn that when I felt like it wasn't working anymore that giving my body a break from it about once a year for a couple of months and then returning to it seemed to help "reset" things and it would work well again. I'm now 51 and the change of life is REALLY kicking in. I've had one period in 7 months and I'm noticing that after 8 years it's probably time to now take two a day since my symptoms are increasing. I will give another update in a few months. This product has been tried and true in my life and I have no doubt that taking two a day will work its magic!UPDATE: I've now been taking this supplement for about 4 years, and it continues to work beautifully. I have found that taking an occasional break is needed, usually just 2-3 cycles, and then I can start taking it again. Still my favorite product for hormonal imbalance.2014 - I have been taking this supplement for a year now and I love it. It has done a fantastic job of easing my symptoms of perimenopause and I feel much better using phytotherapy rather than HRT to manage my symptoms, at least for now. It has made this season of my life 80% better to walk through and I never go without it. My cycle had shortened quite a bit (24 days) and after several months on this product they returned to a normal 26-28 days in length. Currently, one pill per day works well for me, but the suggestion on the bottle is two per day. I'm sure as I get closer to actual menopause, I may need to start taking two, but for now one works great.

I’ve been taking this product for menopause symptoms of hot flash. The product works great and I love it! I am however, very disappointed in the Women’s Network loyalty program for continued users. Here’s my complaint - I opted in to the auto refill after receiving several suggestions to do so from the product site on Amazon. The auto- refill program offered a small savings on my purchases....Great! The convenience I expected to receive to help me not have to remember to refill when I suddenly realize I only have a few tablets in my bottle....sounds good. Here’s what’s WRONG with this scenario - month after month my auto-order was CANCELLED due to product unavailable. Really a crappy experience since I rely so much on the product to help me with hot flashes. So, I went on Amazon to see if I could order as a solo order and pay the extra few dollars, fully expecting to have the product on back order. Guess what? The product is miraculously available! 4 months in a row after my auto order was cancelled for no product. I will continue to order the product individually since the auto-refill loyalty program is crap. Don’t waste your time signing up for it, or you’ll be frustrated, and hot and sweaty from hot flashes.

I couldn’t figure out why for weeks I felt dizzy, fatigued, and just off! I thought it was just menopausal issues getting worse. Everything I got up I would lose my balance and get really dizzy. I started thinking something was terrible wrong with my health. One night I wasn’t able to take the pills and I woke up feeling pretty normal. So it dawned on me that maybe it was these pills. So I totally stopped taking them and I’m back to feeling normal again. PS… I took them for about a month and it did nothing for hot flashes! Maybe it will work for you but not me!

After taking it for 2 days, I bloated up, got cramps, and got my cycle a few days early. Not what I expected from something that I bought to REDUCE irregular and heavy bleeding. But once over, it seemed to make me feel better. Very dry mouth, and drowsy in the mornings, but overall better feelings throughout the day. We'll see what next month brings.

I am a 49 year old in pre menopause and have tried so many things to ease the awful feelings I was having. Anxiety was really high not to mention my ups and downs on my mood swings. One minute crying the next angry I felt like I was losing my mind. I didn’t want to take the hormone replacement the dr was offering Because of the awful side effects not to mention the long term use and what it does to the body. So I researched and came upon this product and was nervous to try but it’s all natural and I thought it couldn’t hurt,so now I’ve been on it for 2 months and can tell a big difference. I still experience hot flashes but all other symptoms are bearable if not almost completely gone. I hope this review helps someone that may be struggling with these issues. Give this a try and give it a couple of months to see how your body responds. It has been wonderful for me.

I have been so thrilled with how these took away my hot flashes within a few days of starting them. I am only taking one in the evening. I'm sleeping better and haven't had a single hot flash. But the past few weeks I have been feeling nauseous so much throughout the day, just randomly. I have also had stomach cramps a lot. Change in bathroom things. Now I think it may be these pills. I am so torn between the benefits of no hot flashes and nausea or no nausea and hot flashes. I'm going to stop the pills and see how it goes. I truly love the how these worked for me unless they are causing my tummy troubles.

I have been taking 1 Herbal Equilibrium every other day for a couple of months and it’s made a huge difference in my mood throughout my cycle. I’ve had fewer and less severe anxiey attacks, less night sweats, more even mood overall. I typically have really long cycles but my last one was close to normal and my period lasted only 4 days, instead of my usual 7 and no terrible cramps or clotting. I’d recommend giving it a try.
