Every Entomologist Needs This
I feed small animals and have some small insects as part of teaching about entomology. They are amazing! Great way to pick up small insects without hurting them. Used them almost every day for a couple years now and they have made my insect collecting way easier.

As good as the old ones.
With the departure of BioQuip it has been difficult to get specialized items like this. This set is very comparable to the ones I've been buying for years (albeit a bit pricy). Works well for retrieving individual maggots from a corpse.

Great tongs
They are great at picking up small invertebrates without hurting them.

perfect for my antkeeping duties
Came in a portable pouch so I could keep them together and carry them in it. Not sure what that cancer warning was for on the package though as I'm not eating anything with them lol.

Exactly what they say they are
Light, functional featherweight forceps that do the job for manipulating small delicate objects (like insects).

Perfect for delicate specimens
Because these forceps are so flexible it makes it easy to handle easily-damaged specimens with great delicacy.

Works great for flower pressing
I use these for my dried flowers as they come out of the flower press and they work great as I design cards and other creations with the flowers.

Flimsy and poor quality
Flimsy and poor quality. The thin forceps especially do not grasp specimens well, and are not suited for detailed work.
