I bought this Meeteasy speakerphone for conference calls with our customers. The set up was straightforward and almost instantaneous, for either Bluetooth or USB connection. The audio quality, volume and build quality are very good, excellent sound without echo. The speakerphone works seamlessly with varies conference call apps on PC and cellphone. No longer need to hold cell phone for hours when customers call us. The built-in microphones have full coverage for our mid-sized meeting room. With expansion mics, speakers at far ends of the table can be heard clearly. The mute/unmute button is convenient and mute indicators are clear and easy to understand, which is really helpful for those long conference calls. The speakerphone is portable, the built-in rechargeable battery can last a few hours of talk, sufficient for our usage. Overall the conference speakerphone works great for our daily business usage.

This unit works well as the host (the receiving end), with the speakers delivering clear and audible sound, but the quality of the microphones is poor and the folks at the other end have a very poor experience. Regardless of the extra satellite microphones, it still does not operate successfully. We have abandoned using it.

I work from home a lot and need to attend a lot of online meetings, I have a small pair of computer speakers but no mic so I have to call in with cell phone each time, it kind of worked but not the setup I wanted, so I ordered this conference phone, it arrived quickly, product is well packaged and protected. Setup is so easy, depends on how do you want to use it, you can either connect it to your land line directly with supplied phone cable, or you can connect it to your computer with the supplied USB cable, or both, no extra set up needed, you can even connect the device to other device via bluethooth. It also comes with 2 extra mics if you place it in a large room. Overall build quality is very good, sound quality is very good, loud and clear, if you connect it to youe computer, you can use it to listen to music and watch youtube videos. It does not need AC adapter to power this device, all you need is the supplied USB cable to power it up.

While the speaker sound quality is good, the microphone quality is very poor (scratchy sound), no matter whether the unit was connected via Bluetooth, or tethered to a computer via USB. A $30 Bluetooth speaker with built-in microphone sounded better! Tested under both Windows 10 and Kubuntu Linux, on two separate computers. Not sure whether this is a general problem with these devices, or whether I received a defective unit. Device will be returned.

I bought the Meeteasy MVOICE 8000 EX-B for conference calls with both laptop and cell phone. The package came quick and it is a well crafted conference phone. It is plug and play and the setup is done in seconds - plug the USB to my laptop and set the playback/recording devices to MEETEASY USB AUDIO. It worked perfectly with Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, and WebEx. Bluetooth pairing with my cell phone is super easy. The three built-in microphones have the full coverage, yet the microphone switch makes it easy to turn on all three microphones or just one. For a big conference room, the two extension microphones proved to be very useful. Crystal clear sound without echo. Love it!

early on still... but the mics aren’t so great — soft spoken people are still a problem, but it’s very clear over the phone and very convenient. i think on some level we’re just limited by the reality of the technology.

I have been using the other popular brand conference phone for many years, then decided to try something different. Meeteasy 8000 EX-B really surprised me and I love it. Especially the bluetooth feature, when I travel, I can connect it to my cellphone and use it in our customer's conference room or just in hotel conference room, very convenient. It has a rechargeable battery built-in, so I don't have to connect it to AC adapter all the time, I can move it to any corners on the table, or put it any where I want. The voice quality is super clear and loud, good quality case and buttons.

I am happy that I received this item within two days after placed my order. It is well packaged and protected, looks very nice. No set up needed. I just turned it on, and used my cell phone Bluetooth to link it. The sound quality is very good, clear and loudly (volume adjustable) with little background noise. The pick range is good also. I could be heard clearly, even when I am moving around. This is a great product. I really like it.
