After spending way too much money on a grounding mat that wasn’t conductive in the least, I bought the materials to make my own. Out of 6 different purchases of cords and adapter and snaps, this cord and snaps was the ONLY item that came that worked. My husband is an electrician and we’ve tested the whole lot of stuff. If you’re making your own stuff, get this one and test everything you get for continuity!!!!

These are a convenient option for grounding, but I think I prefer using a grounding bed sheet to wearing these as having the chords attached are less comfortable

They seem to work fine. I think this product has helped to relieve aches and anxiety, because I have been sleeping more soundly and not waking up as often I don’t know how long the pads will last, I’m hoping I can get refills.I am taking off a star, however, because conductivity test does not show that the pads are able to conduct. So there is really no way of knowing if they’re really working.

Item is as advertised! I like the price, and it feels well made. The gel looks good and the adhesive protector is what you'd expect. The cable seems durable as well. The knob is the standard type of know I expect, which is easy to use, and so it's functional across devices that use it and that also makes the patches compatible with my TENS device.

What you get is a single cord with a snap and and a plug end. The cord is quite long, which is helpful for reaching an outlet. It comes with two patches that are identical to the kind you would use with a TENS. Patches are used one at a time and are reusable. I can’t say for certain if it actually is improving my pain. It comes with no instructions, I ended up using the Internet to verify I was using it correctly. But it is easy to use. Snap one end to the patch, apply the patch anywhere on your body, plug the other end into the grounded plug of a grounded outlet. No adapter required.Some of the photos in the listing are deceptive, so minus one star for that. Specifically the photos that show multiple patches on back, knee, neck, and abdomen are not reflective of this product. Those are clearly TENS photos, where an active electric stimulating current is passed between patches. This product is a single patch with a single cord to offer grounding, not stimulation. If you believe grounding has health benefits then this product should meet your needs.

I used a conductivity test pen that came with a grounding mat I ordered and this one passed so there's that. I didn't even know that grounding stickers were a thing so I'm glad this showed up in my Vine feed. This is great for precise placement like on my head for headaches or directly on the front side of my body.
