The crown has the classic fedora shape with the distinctive indent on the dome and two dimples at the front of the crown creating a narrow point. The brim slopes down at the front and curves up at the back- think Humphrey Bogart in “Casablanca”! The inside is finished with a soft inner band for additional comfort. This hat is handmade from 100% wool felt and is water repellent (ie. it will withstand light showers, but we would advise against wearing it in heavy rain where the felt could become saturated with water). Was a bit sceptical about buying another fedora from amazon, however I seen this company and done some research. Everything checked out so I bit the bullet and purchases one.Delivery was today opened the package and first impression was the box it came in company name all over it. Opened the box looked at the fedora and wow! Very impressed, tried it on and fits perfectly and very comfortable to wear, snapped the front down and ....perfect. 10/10 for this company. Thinking for getting another one already. £51 for this hat? Definitely. Great value for the money. Warmth? Don't know yet its spring and 20° outside.

Size
I went on most reviews and ordered a medium, as people are saying they come large even though I measured at 59 which would have been a large.So I need to return it for a large! Nice hat though.

Great hat, great service
The hat is perfect really good quality . The service I recieved was exceptional. The hat I ordered was to big, using the form supped to the box the hat arrived in I sent it back asking for a smaller one. Recieved replacement hat in 2 days ...wonderful, can't recommend highly enough.

We ordered this hat with only a few days before it was needed. It arrived bang on time. Looks great. So glad the listing had a size guide. We followed it and ordered the recommended size. It fits like a gl... well it fits like a hat. It was good to have instructions of how best to crush the hat if required for packing into luggage.
