Well made, did the job perfectly.
We had four kitchen door knobs that just wouldn’t tighten and it was really annoying me. I saw these come up on vine, measured the screws that were already in place and ordered a pack that were the next size up.Screws arrived well packaged. Not much to say about the screws particularly, they’re screws. None were out of shape, all well made and you can’t bend them. Fitted perfectly, and now all of the our knobs are nice and tight.Price of around 42p per screw - no idea how that compares to others, but to be honest £4.25 didn’t break the bank and the knobs no longer wobble so it was worth the spend.

Quality is good but the price is a little high
Had a few cabinet handles which came with screws which were just not long enough, so having these meant I could exchange them to with these much longer ones. So far I have only replaced a couple of the screws which has resulted in a much tighter knobs.Quality is good but the price is a little high. With that said, I don’t mind paying a little extra if that means I can get the exact length I need.

Nicely made screws
These are M4 x 50mm door knob / cabinet screws and there are 10 in the pack. The machining is good and there are no rough edges. The plating is complete. The heads are nicely formed and take a PZ2 pozidrive screwdriver and a flat screwdriver well, there is zero play in the PZ2 head. They have a slightly larger than normal head with an integrated flange washer type construction.Testing with M4 nuts had no problems with the thread, they were clean and there was no swarf in the threads.I decided to get the longer ones for evaluation, since its always easier to cut down a long screw when needed, rather than find that they are too short for the intended purpose.

Uncommon length good to give extra grip
M4 bolts are multi-purpose items intended for all manner of DIY jobs. They are commonly available, but the 35mm length which is what attracted me. I’ll use this type of bolt for fixing shelving, replacing missing bolts on garden equipment, and my specific use for ordering these RC Screws™ M4 x 35mm long Door Knob/Cabinet Handles Screws when offered for review under the Amazon Vine programme in a pack of 10 – for replacing bolts holding kitchen handles on. Kitchen handles are commonly M4 sized, but continual opening and closing cupboards seem to ‘disturb’ my 25mm versions supplied with a new kitchen because they are hanging on the end of the thread. That’s where these 35mm versions come in. What I wanted was the following:• Something slightly longer to ensure a secure fit• A semi-circular (or ‘cap’) head to fit flush against the back of the cupboard door• A sharp thread, giving ease of threading a nut on.• A cross head to match the bolts that haven’t ‘given up the ghost’I’m pleased to report that these RC Screws M4 bolts meet all those conditions. They come with a Philips™ cross head and mesh seamlessly with the threads on the back of my cupboard handles – and being 1cm longer that additional length simply disappears inside the handle thread, meaning that having to shorten the bolt as I’ve had to do with 50mm equivalents isn’t necessary, a boon for me. The cross head engages with the appropriate screwdriver positively – cheaper competitors can be let down by that cross head stripping. They don’t come supplied with nuts, but fishing out a spare one it engaged immediately, which isn’t always the case with competitor’s products I’ve encountered whose thread might not be as sharp, so there is little chance of cross threading the bolt. The nut spun easily, but once nipped up remained where put.I’m impressed by this simple fastener which has been manufactured to close tolerances. Like most ‘small pack’ quantities you are paying a bit of a premium for not purchasing in bulk, but at £4.25 for 10 nuts that’s 42½p a go for an unusual length, which isn’t much money. I like the smoothness of use, and I like the cross head which can be a weak point but not here. I’m also very pleased to find what I think is a less common length which does the very specific job I require them for with ease. A simple product well rendered, which could only have been bettered by being supplied with matching nuts. The only thing that could have improved this product would have been the use of stainless steel instead of carbon steel for brightness.

Perfectly good.
These are perfectly good screws. Ideal for fixing handles / knobs to thicker doors. Lower priced options are available though.

Well made steel screws with the wide flange head often used for kitchen / cabinet knobs
Well made screws. Steel (nicely finished) and with the flange head often seen on furniture knobs. At 4mm thread size the flange should be about 9.4mm at its widest and I measured 9.4 or 9.5 so that's great.Good size for dealing with knobs that won't seem to stay on too.

Good quality but a bit too expensive
These bolts seem well made with clean threads and smooth heads. I’m using them to fix some knobs onto a drawer unit that I’m refurbishing – The old bolts had become rusty. However £4.60 for ten bolts seems very expensive.
