I really like this keyboard, but it has one major issue that I was able to resolve. For anyone looking for a full-size keyboard with QMK/VIA support, this is one of the few options available, and it's excellent for my professional work. Unlike the smaller, gamer-focused keyboards that dominate the market, this one has the number pad and cursor keys that I rely on as an accountant. The build quality is impressive. It has a fantastic feel, very similar to the solid, hefty keyboards I used in the 1980s. While some of Keychron's cheaper models have reported issues, I haven't seen any complaints about this series. My only minor wish is that it had more onboard memory for macros. The biggest problem is a very poor design choice by the manufacturer. The keyboard comes with south-facing LEDs for backlighting, but the included keycaps aren't translucent, so the letters don't light up. I can’t understand the reasoning for this. While Keychron sells replacement keycaps, the cost of the caps plus shipping is almost as much as the keyboard itself, which I refuse to pay. Thankfully, there's a simple fix. Many third-party vendors sell compatible, shine-through keycaps, and I easily found a set on Amazon. The new caps didn't change the feel of the keystrokes and even gave me more color options. After this one modification, I now have the perfect keyboard for my needs: a full-size mechanical board with QMK/VIA macros and properly illuminated keys.

This is an amazing keyboard. It’s super friendly on the fingers and it has that perfect ‘thonck’ sound when typing. Also, I love the orange accent keys on the esc and return keys. Totally worth the money especially since it was on sale for $90. Massive value for the purchase! I’ve traded in my Mac keyboard for this beauty. Love the function and capabilities of the 10 key.

The pros: - It's a nice keyboard - The frame is metal; Heavy - The keycaps have a nice feel to them. - The customization is great. - Able to switch between windows and mac. - The extra keys are nice to have Cons: - The backlight doesn't work as it should. The characters on the keys are not visible making it completely useless. The only way you can get the backlight to work is by replacing the keycaps which they don't seem to have available making you have to go through a third party. - The RGB resets after a while. I'm not an RGB fan I just want one color. I have to customize it back after a day or so. - The keyboard stands. There are two sizes: large and small. The small one is flimsy and falls down all the time. The large one is uncomfortable for me. - The keycaps. They are not backlit. They pop out a little too easily. Overall, I don't like this keyboard very much. The quality makes it seem durable. The backlight just upsets me, why even have it if it doesn't shine through the characters on the keycaps. If they solved that, this keyboard would be worth it. I recommend buying one that does shine through.

Great keyboard. Big upgrade over my previous mechanical keyboard. I ordered both the super brown and super banana switch keyboard. While the Super banana is suppose to have a heavier force to press down it feels lighter than the super brown switches to me but both feel really good to type with. My only negative would be the LED lights aren't that bright. if they were brighter then this keyboard would be perfect.

I bought this keyboard after going through several Logitech mechanical boards that developed problems after a year or so of use. This keyboard was recommended in some review sites so I decided to give it a try. The keyboard is solid, built like a tank! The keys have a very nice feel when typing, reminiscent of the IBM mechanical keyboards from the 80s and 90s that I always loved. I was impressed by the company as their website allows you to buy an array of keyboard replacement parts as well as parts that allow you to customize/mod your keyboard. What an idea, sell replacement parts to repair the keyboard instead of throwing it out when something wears out and needs replaced. I do have one minor gripe. I have a piece of software that I regularly have to sign in with my password. No matter how carefully I type it in, I get a message that I entered an incorrect password. Then I retype it and it works the second time. An odd quirk of the keyboard, I never experienced a problem like this with my other keyboards. But a minor problem I can overlook. The keyboard is a bit smaller than I was used to, which is great on ,y desk where space is at a premium. However, it's very easy for the side of my had to graze the SHIFT key which switches me to ALL CAPS. Again, a minor issue that is offset by the pros of this keyboard. If you're in the market for a quality mechanical keyboard, check out this company. They do offer a range of different keyboards so it should be fairly easy to find one that will fit you like a glove!

Amazing keyboard. On a heavy side which surprised me in the beginning but it provides such an excellent typing platform and is very responsive and tactile. Love it!

Brown switches mmmm... It's like a 45 pound solid steel performance data input device that has keys made of buttery clouds. Literally get it if you can afford it, delicious.
