I love these pans. Cooks the bread to perfection
These pans are the best ever. I have two sizes and every time they are easy to clean and I never have anything stick. Bakes the bread evenly and cleans up like brand new. No problems with the lid. My new favorite

Perfect pan for brioche bread
Just made brioche in this pain de mie--it turned out perfectly! It has three tiny holes on the bottom (for airflow, I guess) that are the perfect size to insert an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness--a feature not noted in the description. The loaf took a bit longer than the recipe indicated, so this definitely ensured my loaf was perfectly cooked and golden brown. I'm making French toast for brunch, thanks to this wonderful bread pan.

High quality pullman bread pan
High quality. Well made and heavy. Baked a few loaves of fresh milled bread perfectly in it. So far no issues.

Scaling to properly fill the pan
I really like all aspects of the pan. Shape, size, quality of build and design. Certainly well built. Just used to make a sourdough Pan de Mie. Scaled to 1050 grams. 53 grams more than recommended. Wasn’t enough. All was good with the loaf. Crumb and buttered crust. Just didn’t get it to fill the pan. Will increase by 25%.

The best sandwich loaf pan!
This pan creates such an amazing sandwich loaf (pictured next to my traditional loaves). I followed the instructions to prep it and then butter/flour before each bake and it releases clean and easy! The pan is incredibly sturdy and a great value for the cost in my opinion. It is also a large pan so it can make some big sandwich loaves that last awhile (or feed a lot!). I know it will be holding up for a long time and many a bake!

Would buy again and did!
This is my second pan that I have bought. This one is much heavier than the one I bought several years ago. They both work great! The bread is cooked perfectly with no burn spots or anything. The bread releases much easier than my old loaf pans that I finally got rid of!

Pullman bread pan
This is an amazing bread pan. I make gluten free sourdough bread, which can be difficult, but perfect in the pullman.
