Well made
I purchased for my wife who is in hospice. The insert warms well. 700watt microwave for 2 minutes. Easy to put it back in the cover after warming. The cover is made of good material and appears durable. Have found it’s best to put the back of the otter to toward the person because the extra padding in the face and paws don’t allow the heat to transfer as well. I heat it for her multiple times a day and it retains the heat well. Velcro closure although narrow works well. No odor. She really likes it for the extra warmth it provides. The heat pack is well made but not very soft so not cuddly. I like that the cover is washable. Good value.

soft and perfect size
love this little guy. it's easy to remove the heating pad to microwave it and soft exterior. perfect size. he's cuddly and cute, and dissipates the heat a bit so you don't get scalded. I've used it for tummy cramps, sinus infections, back pain, and sore muscles. Highly recommend

Did what I needed
I got this little guy not because you can heat it up, but because you can also freeze the bean bag. Sometimes I get hot while sleeping. Put this in the freezer for an hour last night then put it to my chest to cool off. Worked like a charm to get me to sleep.

Great Gift !
I've had this boy for years. He mostly stays in the linnen closet, but I bring him out whenever I need extra comfort or warmth. He's very cute 🥰
