Constantly rolling out of place
When used just around the ankle area, they work great. But getting them to stay flat and in place when I use them up around the thighs is like torture! They constantly roll out of place and if they aren’t flat they don’t have as much resistance so... their pointless. I spend half my workout adjusting these things. So annoying and disappointing.
