BrooksWomen’s Glycerin GTS 21 Supportive Running Shoe

I got these for Disneyland and have been breaking them in. They are wide enough for my foot, I got the extra width. No too wide but enough for me. I replaced the insole with a nice soft one with more arch support and after I did that, these are my "go to" shoes for walking, etc. They are a bit spendy, but worth it. I bought two other Brooks shoes (different styles) a few years ago that are OK, but not as nice as these. Hope this review helps someone else make an educated decision. I got the blue and they are a nice color. I tend to pronate inwards and these help keep my foot in a good position. Very pleased.

I love these shoes! I use them for walking.Order ½ size up!I got these because they are for pronators and I can tell just by looking at my feet when I walk that they really make a difference. The toe box is nice and wide, the sole is wide and stabilizing. There is lots of support and a soft footbed. The color is lovely. The shoe laces are flat, with a bit of stretch so they stay put and stay tied. They are not quite as breathable as my other shoes so my feet feel a bit warmer but, it is summer in Texas...The only complaint I have is the price, ridiculously expensive! And worth every penny. If they weren't so expensive I would buy a 2nd pair.

Pros: comfy, well made, durable, long laces, color. Cons: Due to a serious leg injury, now back pain I have tried so many brands of athletic shoes I settled on the glycerin gts 20, own about 5 pairs now and they do last—very much worth the cost! Getting hard to find the 20 now. The 21 model just does not cut it due to the width of the medium. They look like clown shoes, boo hoo. I really wanted a black and white pair. I will try to order a narrow width of the 21 if available and keep looking for older black and white models. Please Brooks go back to a bit slimmer sole.

I liked the bright color and the shoe’s comfort. Also, the shoe’s fit was spot on. The quality was awesome. I have no problem with blisters or rubbing with these shoes.

this is one of the most comfortable and supportive shoes I own....but I'm not crazy about the color I picked. It's a bit more washed-out looking than it appears in the photo.

If you want to walk or run on a cloud and never get shin splints again, get these shoes. They are a bit clunky and might slow you down a bit, but it's a smooth and comfortable run. Despite the clodhopper-ish appearance of these shoes, I get compliments on them all the time.

Was disappointed in these. The cushioning was nice but the shoe felt weird and too high, and also my ankles did not feel secure even with the guardrails. I could just see my ankles rolling in these if I didn't pay very, very close attention to each step. Also, I really didn't love this or any of the other colorways. Ultimately I sent this back and kept the Adrenalines instead. I feel more stable in those and they also look better (maybe that shouldn't be a consideration but if you can get comfortable shoes that are also attractive, why wouldn't you??)
