I love the pan. It is the perfect size. Mini bread pans are too small. This one is nice and deep and I like the lid very pleased. I give it a five star.

Love my new set! I decided to get back into bread making after MANY years and couldn't believe how much easier ( and better looking) my bread was with this kit. The pan is well made the instructions for curing are easy and clear. Can't wait for the weather to cool so I can get back to making more bread.

I’m really excited to start my sourdough journey with this set. Cast iron pan is heavy duty, tools seem great quality. There are lots of extra blades for the scoring tool. The only reason I did not give this set 5 starts is because, like other reviews have mentioned, it doesn’t include the sling as it states on the box, description and instructions.

Nice product, but the package comes incomplete. The Sling was missing from the first one I ordered, so I returned it for a replacement. That one also came without the sling. I suggest you buy it separately if you need the rectangular pan.

If you love cast iron cooking. This bread pan is perfect. Bakes evenly with or without lid. Easy to prep and care for. Recipes don't work for substitute for gluten free.
