Yet another beautifully produced book from the talented Alan Dunn. There is a good introduction with details on equipment, techniques and recipes. The flowers (32 of them) are very unusual - most not found in other sugarcraft books - and each one shows step by step instructions with photographs. There are thirteen sprays and arrangements and fifteen cakes; all with details of how to achieve them.This book would make a lovely addition to any sugarcrafter's collection.

Not his best book. I wanted to see Forsythia and this was the only book I could. Find it in. The photography is,as usual, stunning.

Over the moon with the book it will take years to do the sugar crafting like Alan Dunn he is very talented.
