Great for travel
Love the look of the suitcase. It fit perfectly under the seat of the airplane. I didn’t have to worry when too many people had carry ons and had to have them checked. I also use it to carry my laptop and all the other stuff I need for work. There are a few pockets but it’s pretty much just an empty shell. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is sturdy and looks sophisticated. Only issue is that the lock that came with it didn’t work.

Stylish but could be more functional
Strong supporter of Delcey. This bag is very stylish with lots of storage space. Downside is the bag is tall and when placing on top of a small suitcase, you lose access to the suitcase handle to easily roll the two.

Opposite of “durable”—shredded on first use
Very poor quality material used for decorative edging/piping… not at all suitable for luggage. I have used this piece ONE time. As you can see from the photos, the lighter tan piping is literally shredded in multiple places. When I reached out to Delsee Customer Service I was told this damage was not covered for replacement because it doesn’t affect luggage function, but I certainly can’t use it for business travel. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this product and the company’s refusal to take responsibility for what appears to be a material sourcing mistake or problem with a supplier or manufacturing site. I’m not one to write negative reviews like this. I have a matching Delsey hard case that I absolutely love.

Perfect!
I love this for under the seat when flying I can take and have another option for carrying with me it’s like a hack for flying-try it they won’t say no!

Design flaw
This bag is beautiful and functional as an under seat bag when flying. It had enough room for me to easily fit 2 pairs of shoes, 3 dresses, 2 swimming bottoms, 2 swimming tops and a coverup, as well as a clutch bag and a souvenir small basket that I purchased. The only down side to this bag, and it is problematic, is that when you slide it over the handle of your larger spinner suitcase you cannot use the handle of the bottom bigger bag to pull it along, which is a bad/ineffective design. I tried adapting this handle to pull both cases, but this under -seater handle does not stay put at a shorter length. Disappointing since the rest of the bag is really ideal for flying.
