My baby loves it! We purchased this when she was about 9/10 months and now at 16 months she loves it and can use it much better. The sound is nice and loud no way to alter the sound, it's very durable we have left it on and the battery hasn't gone out. Very fun cute toy for babies.

Low quality sound and material
I liked the fact that my daughter liked it and loves the head, shoulder, knees and toes song. What I didn't like was how low the sound was and also the quality of the plastic wasn't hard enough seeing that kids tend to throw their toys around.
