It is amazing stem cleaner which heats up very quickly like 15 sec. It is super convenient to use when I need to do quick clean. The 3 level adjustable handle is great feature and it very comfortable and very durable. It generates powerful stem that really gets rid of dirt and grime very quickly. Very affordable price worth the spend as it saves me more time cleaning now.

I bought this because of a pet issue that required weekly disinfecting of litter boxes plus steaming of soft furnishings that they touched that couldn't go into the washer. I've been very satisfied with the performance of it. I wanted something small that would not need a lot of storage space; this one is small and easily stored. It comes with a number of cleaning tools although I have primarily used the soft covering to steam furnishings or just used the steam nozzle and extension rod. It's light and easy to carry. It is very convenient to fill, to see how much water is left, and to empty when finished. It does have good reach with the electrical cord length and the hose for my small house.I have since started to use it in cleaning other items. It was great in removing the gunky buildup between the bathroom faucet and the back of the sink. It's only about a 1/2 inch of space, which is always a pain to clean, but this removed it with no problem.Some improvements: I found the instruction booklet lacking particularly on how to use the cleaning tools and on what items without damaging them, but found some guidance online. Overall I've been satisfied with this item.

I have truly enjoyed using my little steamer! It has cleaned everything; drapes, storm door, bathtub, toilet, shower fixtures, and pretty much everything I could think of! It has done a wonderful job-until it didn’t. I reached out to the customer service department and had a quick turnaround- less than a half a day. I was offered a replacement or a full refund. I chose the replacement and it is already on its way. I have had no problems with the heat level as it heats up enough to burn my hand if I didn’t have on the included gloves. It comes with all the tools one may need to tackle a variety of projects. It’s also easy to carry around and has a long cord. I use only distilled water in it. This company stands behind their one year warranty and I am so happy the service will still have the warranty on the new machine. I bought this on February 7, 2025.

I love this steamer! It is very well designed, easy to use and effective. I especially like the foldaway handle and the easy fill reservoir. The different attachments are easy to put on and change when needed, but don't touch the metal rod as it is VERY HOT when in use! Be sure to wear the gloves, they really do help, and the insides dries out quickly, even without turning them inside out.I have used it in my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and it did a great job everywhere.Well worth the money and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is excellent!
