The machine is very good. The variety it provides is sure value for money. The quality, capacity, durability are good. The noise level is low. Can make 2-3cups at one go. Only problem is after dale service is ZERO. No assistance from the company for cleaning or servicing.

I purchased this in May 2025. In Dec 2025, the portafilter that uses coffee powder started leaking water. I called like a dozen times. I also found their WA handle and started messaging. Every single time, they will ask you for your invoice and a video demo of the defect. Even after all of this, they will ask you to start telling them about the defect all over again. I had to threaten them with a consumer law suit for them to send me a replacement part. In fact, I told them that I will purchase an alternate portafilter at cost! They did not allow that either Unless you have a ton of time and patience OR expect the product to work without any defects, I wouldn’t recommend this. To be fair to them, when there are no product defects, it makes really good coffee

It misbehaves, when one selects quantity , either u get too low than selected or more.

Excellent buy. My mornings are more fresh with a cup of tasty and strong coffee. The machine works smoothly without any hassle. Extremely happy with product and recommend to buy.

Overall, the machine performs reasonably well in terms of brewing power and coffee extraction. However, these positives are significantly outweighed by serious concerns regarding material quality and value for money. The entire machine—including internal components and filters—is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic. This is particularly troubling because pressurized hot liquid continuously passes through these plastic parts, which raises legitimate concerns about the potential leaching of harmful chemicals into the coffee. Surprisingly, this critical issue is rarely discussed or highlighted. The machine is extremely expensive for what it offers, and when you consider that it is almost entirely plastic, the pricing feels unjustifiable. In effect, you are paying a premium for a product that lacks basic material safety. From a health, safety, and value perspective, this product is not recommended. I own this machine myself and genuinely regret the purchase. Even if offered at no cost, I would strongly advise against buying or using it.
