High quality and easy to fit to my need
I have been using these Torklift load stabilizers for over 1 year on my F250. By engaging the overload spring early they stiffened the rear end under load. This meant that when carrying my 9ft camper in the bed it flattened cornering and prevented drop in the rear end. It also worked very much like a load distributing hitch with my car hauler as well. The rubber is thick enough that I could adjust when the overloads kicked in through removing material. That way I could ensure the ride was level while fully loaded with the camper. I found that using a belt sander was the easiest way to remove material in a careful and controlled manner. I would highly recommend this product. It stabilizes the load as well as greatly reduces sway while cornering.

Stiffens ride and squeaks like a tortured family of mice
I added these to try and level my truck when pulling my camper. My truck sagged the same amount as without the blocks. The only difference was the ride and noise. The rear of truck drove rough like there was no suspension at all. Going over railroad tracks caused the bed to bounce hard and everything to fly up. The rubber pad is in constant contact with the over-ride spring. While driving down the road, the constant movement of the leaf springs rubbing on the rubber sounded like a family of rats were being tortured. After over two years of these, about 25% of the rubber had worn or melted off from the constant friction. I installed airbags and put the factory bumps back in. My truck finally rides smoothly again without all the squeaking. I hated the idea of throwing them out since I paid $300 for them, but it was worth $300 to get rid of them. By now they are somewhere in the landfill where they belong.

Better than wood blocks!
Before buying these, was using 4ea 3"x6" wooden blocks Shoe Gooed and zip tied to the top of the overload springs to eliminate sag for heavier loads and towing (worked perfectly for a 12,000 mile round trip to Alaska!). Had to carry extra blocks though just in case I lost one. The rubber bump stop would squeak against the wood, giving the impression of defective leaf spring isolator discs. You'll still get a little bit of sag, but this gets rid of 90% of it. Does NOT increase the load rating of the vehicle but does help it handle loads better. The long mounting screw might provide for inserting additional suitable material for additional support. Make sure warranty isn't affected by doing that. Straight forward install on 99 F250 Super Duty with factory overload springs after removing the rubber bump stops. Also had to use the supplied anti-twist inserts against the bump stop brackets to keep the Stable Load bump stop from rotating.

Cheapest way to go for that extra lift
Just bought a very large fifth wheel trailer and noticed it dropped the bed of my one ton truck just a couple of inches too far and learned of these blocks from the garage. They were a cinch to install. My truck is a 2001 F350 and there is about a 3 inch space between the original small rubber blocks and the overload springs, so these filled that gap and engages the overloads almost immediately which in turn held the extra weight perfectly. Just chisel out the original blocks and be prepared for a rougher ride but it sure beats paying the extra 2-$300 to have them installed or a lot more for air bags. I was told to round off the square edge to the spring side of the block to make more contact with the rubber and not chance chipping the rubber later. I used a scroll saw and a flap disc on a 4 inch grinder to cut off the edge. Jim

An inexpensive & very good alternative to air bags.
After a blowout on our dually running w/o the camper aboard, I took to the web for some education via forums regarding camper weight vs. tire ratings, center of gravity and so forth. After settling on 6 new Michelin XPS Traction tires, I then migrated to the loading forums. It didn't take much reading to decide to reposition the camper front bumpers to allow it to go another 2" forward in the bed of the truck, and then found these. Straightforward, easy to install - combined with the new tires & repositioning of the camper itself in the bed - we've got a ride that is absolutely amazing !!! I highly recommend these, especially for those with larger 10'+ campers & for those that are doing a lot of heavy hauling with their rigs. I simply substituted the hardware with stainless and then cut the excess stud off with a sawzall after the install. Otherwise... Incredible !!!

Excellent products and service
We had installed Bilstein shocks and steering damper, Firestone air bags and the lower Torklift Stableload units, on our Ford F350 Super Duty getting ready for for installation of of our new Artic Fox overhead camper. All these additions were beneficial, but we still experienced too much lateral motion, so installed the Torklift A7200 Stableload units and now have a very solid truck and camper setup. Have talked to the folks at Torklift a few times and each time I have gained valuable information and great service. Would highly recommend these products. Great products and stellar support

Just what I needed
Just what I needed to keep the rear end of my 1996 25 foot Dodge Ram 3500 based RV sitting level and riding like it had no weight on the back end. Stopped the sway and roll much more than I expected. I now keep the air in the bags at 15 psi just so they don't get hurt. Have a great day GP11/17/2016 Update after 47,000 miles - While they are a bit pricey I couldn't ask for something to do a better job making the overload/helper springs carry some of the load. They work so well I have taken the airbags off as they are no longer needed, I have great stability at all times now.

Don't bother with air bags.
I have a 5000 pound slide in truck camper that I haul with a 2006 Dodge 3500 dually. The A7200 kit installed in just a few minutes. I did the option of removing the bolts from the old pads and using the factory pads as a spacer for the A7200 giving me an additional one inch of lift on the rear end. The vehcile handles very good except for some rocking side to side which I believe will be corrected with the Big Wig sway bar I just purchased. Don't waste your money on airbags the A7200 actually uses your factory suspension as it was designed. Air bags transfer the weight off of the suspension not allowing it to work correctly.

Excellent product, The Best
Excellent product, The Best! But it loses two stars for being overpriced. Way too overpriced for a rubber pad and bolt (and a cardboard box which I don't particularly need).
