Really fresh and healthy. I was afraid that it might taste rancid, like one of the health mixes I bought at an indian shop but this one is great! Mixes well with water and doesn't form lumps. Also it's not sweet which is an added bonus!

This Product has solved my breakfast. Good alternative to Cereals and oats and has different texture which works for me
