This grounding mat helps improve my sleep so much. It’s very soft, conductive, and breathable which ensures excellent sleep quality. There are 2 bands to secure the mat and it is also very stretchy so I can attach it to any mattress.

I’ve been wanting to try an earthing or grounding mat for awhile now. The promises of reduced inflammation and pain plus better sleep sound great. I got this twin size to use on my half of a king size bed. It covers well, but unfortunately, the straps are made to go around a twin size mattress. Getting the correct size would probably be more comfortable.I actually found it more difficult to sleep the last two nights while using this mat, and not really because of any discomfort. I got used to the feel of it, but I had quite a bit of difficulty falling asleep. I ended up placing it underneath my fitted sheet, but it is still stiff. it is not clear from the instructions whether I have to lay directly on the mat or can put it under a fitted sheet. I had to do a little research to see that it seems to be OK to put it under one layer of fabric.I love the concept and I believe it might be useful however, it’s really hard to tell if it’s doing anything positive at all. The instructions say that the parts include the grounding mat, a static testing plug and a conductivity testing pen plus the ground wire that plugs into just the third hole of a grounded plug. Mine was missing the static testing plug but my house is relatively new and I’m pretty sure that the third plug is grounded so I went ahead and plugged it in and tried it anyway. However, I am disappointed that it was missing this testing component when I received it.Update: The company is very responsive to dissatisfaction and sent me the missing static testing plug.
