Nice unit
Easy to set up. Arrived in time, which is good because the computer he uses at his company died. Nice all in one unit.

Don't buy this- Consumer fraud warning!
I bought the i7-13620H, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD model, which, when it worked, worked just fine. The problem was that at least several times a day, it froze. No keys nor the mouse would do anything, the power button didn't work, and I'd have to restart it by pulling the power plug, then restarting it.It also, less frequently, but at least once a day, would just go black, and no keys nor the mouse works, the power button likewise, and I'd have to restart it by first unplugging the power. After several months of this, I contacted Lenovo, and they suggested restarting it in safe mode, whereupon it froze and even unplugging it just returns it to the same frozen screen. It is now entirely non functional. Lenovo then asked me for the RAM and Storage specs (32 Gb Ram, 1 Tb storage) and they said my computer had been altered from it's original specs (8Gb RAM, 32Gb storage) and that it was actually a used computer, and their original sale date on it was 8 months before the date I bought it, and their 1 year warranty would run from that earlier date. They also told me that if they serviced it, (which was questionable, since it had been altered after Lenovo sold it) they would only return it to the original RAM and storage specs (8Gb RAM, 256Gb storage) which are far less than what I purchased, which was unacceptable.Amazon said my only recourse was with the "seller" ironically named "OEM Genuine". OEM Genuine, after my initial inquiry, refused to answer my questions about possible repairs and has since refused to communicate with me at all.I thought I was buying a genuine Lenovo computer that would have the advertised specs, but got a used and altered computer that the Lenovo warranty has almost run out on and is now non-functional and these 3 companies all point the finger at the others and nobody will take responsibility and refund my money. This seems to me to be blatant consumer fraud. The product description is false- Lenovo doesn't even make this model computer with the listed specs, and what was sold was used, not new, with a mostly expired warranty. Amazon's A-Z guaranty should cover this and refund my money because the product does not match the description on the Amazon listing. I have asked Amazon several times for a refund on this basis, but they deny my claim without any explanation of why they are doing so. Amazon is or should be aware of this problem, based on a number of reviews mentioning the same thing. I am extremely disappointed in Amazon for ignoring their legal obligations under their guaranty.

Highly recommend
The ThinkCentre arrived quickly and very well packaged. Set up was easy. The system is fast, the monitor has a nice picture and the sound is better than my 65" TV.
