As other comments already said, the cooling mask comes very rock hard like but you can fix it. You place it into the microwave for about 10-20 seconds then add a little bit of hot water and mix it until it becomes more of a mask texture. I also recommend putting a few drops of hot water into the hot mask but it’s less important. Ps-the “mold’ some people were seeing is most likely one of the ingredients in the mask that just was at the top but I could be wrong, I also see it inside of the hot mask

I received my product today and the cooking mask is one hard clump

Thought I had found a face mask I loved..bought the first time and it worked great! Loved the feel. Went to buy a second time and had to wait for it to be shipped after being back ordered, and I could NOT be more disappointed. The clay pore cooling mask is such a different consistency this time around, I can’t even get it to stick to my face. It’s almost repellant, just rolls right off. Can’t do anything if it won’t even rub on my face. Not sure what changed the second time around, but can’t trust to buy again.

I really liked this product. I think I prefer the bubble mask from this same brand, but this hot and cold combo is great too. The hot mask does give a bit of a burning sensation after a couple minutes. The cold mask relieves your skin afterwards. It left my face feeling very clean and good. This may not be ideal for people with sensitive skin.

This is a terrible product, very dissapionted. I didn't even get to use it because in was hard as a rock and moldy. Also the containers weren't even full. DO NOT BUY.

This mask has made me understand the hype around Korean skincare products. I’ve only used it 2 times but have seen a noticeable difference in my skin. It’s cleared up my blemishes and just made my skin look over all brighter and more clean, and my face feels so soft. By far my favorite skincare product ever!

Love this mask! Have been ordering it over and over again. Really helps my skin to improve and get better. Besides the fact that my skin changes positively drastically, the mask also makes you feel happier and healthier inside.

I really enjoyed this mask the first time i got it at TJ Maxx, but the product came loose and opened during transport. There is bacteria growing in it (see photo). I'm bummed it's not as good as it was the first time.
