This is the best spice/coffee grinder that I’ve used. Quick and easy to use AND to clean. Grinder cup, blades, and lid all come apart and are easy to clean. Definitely recommend for first time buyers of this type of product.

Works great! Not noisy. I have no complaints.

So far works OK. It’s very easy to over grind, start with less time and work your way up.It’s quiet to me, and holds a decent amount for a small batch of beans. The removable bowl is a GREAT feature, but not sealed 100%, so some coffee dust can escape underneath but it’s less than a trace. If you get beans once in a blue moon and need a stand by grinder, this seems to be perfect.

Quality item that doesn’t take up too much space. It has many grind settings and a simple on/off. It doesn’t vibrate or budge while grinding, so you don’t have to hold onto it. The most difficult part was figuring out how to lock in the cup and lid (which attach very securely), but after a small learning curve that’s no longer a problem. For the money, it does the job well. With its performance, much lower cost and smaller size than a burr grinder, it is perfect for my needs especially with space a premium consideration in a condo.

Purchased primarily to do small coffee expresso grinds for morning shots. For my needs the grinder works perfectly and the price was right. I love the fact the grinder is much quieter than my previous one, has timed settings so coarser grinds are also a possibility, clean up is a breeze, and that it's a "no hands" grinder. (By that I mean I can just push the start button and don't have to hold the grinder while it's operating.) I have not used the grinder for spices yet but feel confident that it would also do that job well, albeit in small quantities. In sum, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and it deserves every star of my 5 star rating.

Every other spice/coffee grinder I looked at you either had to grip the unit with your hand and SQUEEZE the lever with your index finger and thumb and hold it to grind for however long you wanted to reach a desired consistency. Or you had to PRESS DOWN from the top with one hand using your index finger, thumb, or hand, and hold the unit with your other hand to grind for however long you wanted to reach a desired consistency. This is a problem for those with pain and/or arthritis, especially, the holding of the unit and pressing for a period of time. This Shardor product easily solves this problem. Put in whatever you want to grind, set the amount of time to grind, and lightly press the button. The machine does all the work for you. You don't have to hold and press anything.I love being able to put the different bowls and lid straight into the dishwasher. I had a Krups spice/coffee grinder that was a good product, but you couldn't remove the bowl to clean it. Different ground up spices would often built up in the bowl causing it to slow. This was something I didn't want to deal with ever again. What's more, with this grinder there are two different bowls: one for herbs and spices that has two blades, and the other for wet ingredients like garlic, onions, ginger, etc. that has 4 blades.Whenever I've had to chop garlic I had to use my food processor which was a hassle. No more with this Shardor spice/coffee grinder. I can finally chop wet ingredients without dirtying a big food processor.One last thing, the two-blade bowl is loose compared to the four-blade bowl. The two-blade bowl is NOT defective or broken. When I asked the company why this was they responded,"The bottoms of our two blade cups are designed to have gaps in them. The purpose of this design is to minimize noise when grinding. Please don't worry about the quality, if there is any problem, we will take care of the warranty."What I like is that they not only responded to my email through Amazon but when I registered the product on their website they responded to my inquiry there as well. I do believe they will stand behind their product for the warranty period, and so far, I'm impressed with its versatility and quality. Incidentally, the sound when grinding is minimal.

I bought this grinder, and everything looked great, it’s lovely, price was great, had good reviews, except for durability, but I thought, it might be a matter of luck, well, I’ve used it for three or four times, and it stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very nice and helpful, right away, they shipped a new replacement, I got it in about three days. Love the grinder and appreciate their CS. I would definitely buy more products from this brand.
