For someone who sits at a desk all day and hunches over, this has been a game changer. Easy to put on, doesn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. I feel like my posture after I take It off even looks great. Pain in my upper back has decreased. I only wear It for 30 minutes each day.

Brace looked good as pictured but ran big. I’m a 6-8 and I couldn’t tighten it enough.

Too much too wear .hard to get on by yourself.

This product has significantly reduced the pain, stiffness, and pressure in my back. There is still some pain in the sacral / SI area as the support does not extend to that area, but it is much more bearable now. I can wear it for several hours at a time with minimal discomfort, but recommend wearing over a t shirt or tank top to prevent any scratchiness from the velcro

The large was too large but the width of the waist was wider. The small/medium was too narrow in the waist. It curls up when I sit down. The picture makes it look like it’s wide enough to cover your tummy but it does NOT. It would be great if they had made the waist part wider so it wouldn’t curl when you sit.
