Perfect solution
These are perfect. I have been trying to jury-rig something like these for a year with rubber bands and O-rings for glasses but these are so sleek. They're easy to install keep my ears from getting sore keep me from losing my hearing aids every time I take off a mask and make my hearing aids easy to hide under my hair. I will say however that there's another site on Amazon that will sell you a quantity of 50 for the price of eight from the seller.

Stays on tight, awesome for retention jewelry
TLDR: stays on tight, great for wearing hearing aid/cochlear implant retention chains/earrings.I bought these to DIY some Deafmetal-style retention chains to attach to my Miracle Ear BTEs to my earrings using some old bracelets and a pair of lobster clasps. (Check them out — super useful to avoid losing your HAs/CI while looking like regular earrings/ear jewelry). They stay on tight and haven’t fallen off once or slid over the buttons. The retention chains were really easy to make. Anybody with some old jewelry and a pair of pliers can make some. Here’s how I made mine if you want to try it (also see photos for reference)Materials for 2 retention chains: old bracelet/chain, 4 lobster clasps, 4 jump rings, small pliers, a pair of earrings/ear cuffs.1. Use pliers to separate bracelet/chain into two lengths. Measure from hearing aid to location on ear, then add/remove more chain as needed.2. Attach one jump ring onto each end of both lengths of bracelet/chain. Then attach one lobster clasp onto each jump ring.2. Attach jump ring to hearing aid connector, then slide connectors into hearing aids.3. Clip the lobster clasp at the end of each bracelet/chain onto the jump ring on the hearing aid connectors. Put on your hearing aids. (Or you can put your HAs on first then connect if that’s easier for you)4. Put on your earrings/ear cuffs. Clip the lobster clasp on the free end of each bracelet/chain onto earrings/ear cuffs. (Note: for most earrings, you can connect the lobster clasp pretty much anywhere, especially dangly earrings. You can also wear with post earrings by sliding the lobster clasp over the post behind your ear before securing with a wide safety-type backing. If the clasps are too wide, remove clasps and use a tiny jump ring on that end of your new retention chains)Voilà! Now you have retention chains to keep you from losing your crazy expensive hearing aids!

Great idea
I bought these for my 57 year old nephew that was taking his first airplane ride. Glasses, hearing aid, mask and headset, just to much. I bought these to hook the hearing aid on his glasses, looked so nice, and I thought this was a super great fine, I don’t know if it was just to much happening behind the ear, but his glasses with the hearing aid attached by this, was always in his hand, he said it just kelp falling off the ear. I do believe it’s a great find still, we will try it again once the mask is no longer a fashion statement

Overpriced but should work to secure aid
I received this order in the mail today. I just purchased a new hearing aid (amplifier) after losing 2 of them this year.Between wearing glasses, a hearing aid, and a mask, it was bound to happen. These look like they will solve the problem. However, they are not worth $9 for 6 tiny little silicone loops. However, I hope they will be my safety net to keep from losing another aid. Even at $4 or $5, the seller would make a huge profit. They certainly cost much less than a dollar to produce.

They work
Trust me, they're worth the price compared to losing a VERY expensive pair of hearing aids. I bought these following that disappointing incident. Have used one pair every day for over a year. Was rummaging in the drawer where the spares should have been and didn't see them. Immediately came to Amazon to order another set to have on hand, though these show no signs of wear. I ordered an 8mm set instead of my original 7mm. That was a mistake. Could tell just looking at them that they wouldn't hold securely so I'm back to ordering the 7mm. It would be beneficial to first time buyers to provide some guidance on sizing or to provide a sample pack with a few different sizes. Regardless, don't delay. Buy these!

Secure hearing aids to glasses
Probably not the intended purpose but I used these to secure my hearing aids to my glasses. They stretch easily over my glasses without falling apart. I'm sure over time they'll become overstretched and I will need replacements but that will take a while.I'm only deaf in 1 ear so I technically only need the recieving wire and dome for my good ear. I will be removing them off of my bad ear; I no longer need the dome and recieving wire on my 'bad ear's to hold the hearing aid in place.I can also take the dome out of my good ear and replace it with a headphone without having to find a case for my hearing aids.
