Q: What does nac taste like? what are ways i can use or disguise nac to be consumed as a food or drink?

We mix it with other things so not sure if we are even tasting it. It smells like a mixture on rotten eggs and vinegar not mixed with anything. We mix it in a smoothie that has fruit so it is pretty disguised. The fruits that have the most masking tendencies are strawberries and pineapple. We put 2 cups of various fruit on our smoothie that makes 4 servings. We also use fennel, kale, cucumber, ginger and turmeric...there is a lot of flavor masking going on ;) Hope this helps...The NAC is so important especially if you are battling any kind of auto-immune disease!

a cool, dry place...thus the cabinet should be fine. Unless otherwise stated, I would avoid temparture extremes in storing such items.

Q: Has this been tested for traces of pollutants such as hormones antibiotics pesticides heavy metals etc? Where can we find the reports?

Ask the brand owner and it should be fda compliant, gmp (good manufacturing practice) and also to be tested by a laboratory.
