Just received today. I charged it up and paired it to my phone with no problems (Galaxy S7 Edge). Once I downloaded the app to go with it, it became useless. The app wouldn't find the device even though it was connected via bluetooth to my phone already. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unpairing and pairing the tracker and still nothing. Without the app, you can't set the date or time. So it is now 2:30pm on a Tuesday and my tracker is telling me it's 1:30am Monday. I have already started the return process. Very disappointed.

Beautiful and colorful display where I can see the time and date very clearly. I purchased this to replace my Fitbit and I was very surprised (in a good way) at how to charge the tracker. All I had to do is pull out one side of wristband and charge to a usb charger. No need for extra charging dongles like my Fitbit. I will get my daughter one in the near future so we can workout together. 😁

I'm giving 1 star because the watch would NOT connect to my phone (android 4.4.2 and Bluetooth 4.0). Even though it wasn't connecting to my phone I tried to check my vitals and while on my wrist it keeps saying "not worn"...I even kept adjusting it but I got nothing. Time and Date were off completely. Also the app is on kg and cm. It was a fun 2hrs (sarcasm) trying to make this watch work but now I'm shipping it right back. Thanks but no thanks

Recommend DO NOT BUY, its doesn't work correctly, it sync with phone but it will not stay in training mode any longer then a minute before it ends and switches to another mode. The only mode it will stay in is media and that is annoying when your phone starts playing music in the middle of a meeting or something.As the adage says, you get what you pay for.Also it broke, so now it can not be plugged in to charge

The strap is unlike any other because it closes in a totally different way by threading through a guide loop to be clipped via a knob on the strap and a hole in the opposite strap. My piece fell off my wrist twice before yesterday when it fell off again and I lost it for good.Goid riddance!!

Screen died after 30 days of use. It still vibrates and counts steps but I have to get the data on the phone. And now the return window is closed...

At first appearance this fitness tracker is awesome. Fits perfectly on a smaller wrist. Has so many great features. I especially love that I can control my music with it. The one big problem is that it absolutely DOES NOT track steps accurately! While sitting on the couch last night watching tv, it said I walked 1.1 miles, which I did not. When I woke up today it was reset to 0 steps, but within minutes it is at 2581 steps. I wish I could take that many steps in a few minutes, but it’s quite impossible! I’m returning this today.

Useless! Blood pressure and pulse are inaccurate compared to manual blood pressure cuff at doctor's office and at home. Step counting is inaccurate.
