After two weeks of use, we're both really impressed with how well it works! The setup was straightforward even for my non-tech-savvy sister who helped install it - just plug in the camera unit in mom's bedroom and the portable screen stays with me in my home office while I work. The picture quality is surprisingly clear and the night vision works great - I can actually see if mom is sleeping comfortably or restless without disturbing her. The medicine reminder feature has been a game-changer - mom sometimes forgets her afternoon pills but the gentle alert helps her stay on schedule without me having to call and remind her constantly. The SOS button was easy to mount near her bed and gives us both peace of mind. We tested the fall alert function and it worked as advertised, though thankfully we haven't needed it for real yet. The two-way audio is clear enough that we can have actual conversations through the system which mom enjoys. Battery life on the monitor screen is decent - lasts about 2-3 days before needing a recharge rather than the 72 hours claimed, but still totally manageable. The camera rotation covers most of her room and the range works throughout our single-story house without issues. One small complaint is that the buttons on the monitor are a bit small for my fingers and the icons arent very intuitive. Also wish the drinking water reminder had a slightly louder alert since mom is a bit hard of hearing. Really easy setup and connect, camera is clear, great, feels like great quality, and good material. The sound is super clear and great, both ways. It functions super well including when you zoom in It is still clear. Great price points for this product. Overall I absolutely love it!!

I really like the set up and the pros that come with this camera. My only issue, and is my biggest one, is that I cannot hear much. I have it on the highest VOX setting and highest volume setting and still struggle because of the machines and fans in our house. I really want to love the product, but I need something louder. Does anyone have any recommendations? My mom is on BiPAP and I need to be able to hear if there is an issue and the beeping goes off. I also don't really care that the remote has to be directly pointed at the camera for it to go off. That is a hard ask of an elderly person.
