Although it's cute, pretty in its dusky aqua color, that's not what's really important. It's easy to use and perks a cup of coffee about twice as fast as my last coffeemaker did. Everything that needs to be cleaned is very accessible and cleans up well. The only negative is that the adjustable shelf is not a perfect fit on the small cup level, and so is not quite level, but not enough to create a problem. I prefer the lower level, anyway.

I love that you can make coffee using the container for making fresh ground coffee. Container included. They also have pod container for your Folgers Coffee pods. Lol It has two levels for coffee , one level is for coffee mugs and the other level accommodates your Travel containers. Yay Coffee comes out hot. It is a nice size. Makes great coffee. Looks nice on my Coffee Bar. Easy to keep clean.

I love the fact that this coffee maker uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. It's compact, easy to use and cute. While it does the job and makes me the cup of coffee I need, the process is a little messy. More times than not, during the brewing process, the grounds "explodes" inside leaving coffee grounds everywhere inside the machine; along the edges, inside the water reserve, the lid (if you aren't using the ground coffee attachment, the lid of the K-Cup attachment...I mean EVERYWHERE. I am constantly having to clean out coffee grounds from the machine. It also frequently turns off mid-brew or seconds after it starts. At first I thought it was the electric plug that was doing that but soon realized from other reviews here that it's not. It's economical enough that I will put up with cleaning up but this shouldn't be happening.

Perhaps a complaint that I have regarding this coffee machine is that it is messy. I purchased the Bella Air Fryer a while ago and wanted to expand my collection by purchasing the coffee machine. The design is minimalistic and matte pink color is stunning. The only problem is that this device has only one button i.e. the ON/OFF button. In other words, the buyer is unable to decide what volume of water to dispense from the tank so, make sure you only add the amount of water you need otherwise it will cause a mess. I had to click the OFF button ahead of time on many occasions to avoid overfilling my cup. However, for the price paid, it does the job quickly within a few minutes but, leaks a little when removing the pod for cleaning (be careful it is hot at this stage!). I personally appreciate the size of this coffee machine and the thinness of it is enough for me to snuggle it between my mini-Christmas tree and my other desk items. I would highly recommend setting it up on a firm stable surface as it can cause spillage if placed on surfaces such as carpets. This machine is user-friendly and takes no time to setup. The other bit I was disappointed with is the stage that you can remove to place higher up in case your cup was a little short. The problem with it is that if you decide to use it at the higher position, the stage become slightly loose and tilted and may cause your cup to fall if too heavy. Overall, this is a solid machine if you are looking for a budget-friendly option.

Absolutely love this coffee pot...Bella brand is the right one for me. I've tried others and this one is just right for my big cup of java each morning without a huge mess. A perfect size and doesn't take up much space. The adjustable/removable drip pad is nice for those really big cups. Perfectly hot coffee every time.

Its cute but NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I've had mine since December 2024, I've had numerous problems with it. Then a few weeks ago it just stopped working. I bought an extended warranty and have been trying to use it to get a refund. It has been ridiculous getting ahold of anyone. I finally got ahold of someone from bella and she was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Just right off the bat. I do not recommend buying any bella products. (I also have the toaster and it truly sucks). Besides the stank product the customer service has proven to be just as bad. 👎👎👎 Also the coffee was never hot just luke warm.
