I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!

I really liked this kataifi dough. The texture is perfect — thin, fresh, and easy to handle without breaking too much. It separates nicely and makes the whole cooking process much easier. I used it for a dessert, and the result turned out amazing — crispy on the outside and soft inside, just how it should be. The taste is very good and feels authentic. You can tell it’s a quality product. It cooks evenly and gives that beautiful golden color.
