Then, I noticed that my nail was peeling; so I peeled and then the part of the nail that is infected, just came off. And all of the white crap that I couldn't get to, was there just waiting to be scraped away. No pain, just off; and now I can treat the nail bed of the infected nail with topical anti fungal undecylenic acid.Back Story:It all started with a huge bottle of Jack Daniels... that was dropped on my toe. It was bruised and sore, but it healed. Then, I can't remember when, I started developing a fungal infection on that toe in the spot where that Jack Daniels Bottle damage had occurred. And just on this one toenail. I kept it trimmed and it looked normal to the naked eye, until recently. It started with a large can of olives... and darned if I didn't drop it on the same spot on the same toenail! Then, it was downhill from there, it slowly became discolored, and the inside edge thick and sometimes painful.That is why I ordered this when I saw it. I honestly expected something different - what, I really don't know. But, this is a better outcome than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. It literally melted all of the crap fungus nail right away. I was able to easily cut away most of the parts that were still there and not melted all the way. I am applying it again right now and leaving it on for another 24 hour period. That should take care of every bit of infected nail bits that might still be hanging on, hiding fungus; thus, enabling me to treat around the cuticle as well as the nail bed that is now exposed. Hooray!As for as the tiny writing:I have super sonic close-up eye sight; blind as a bat at any distance. Well, I'll tell you basically what the label says. Active ingredient is Tolnaftate 1%, an anti-fungal. (I thought it was salicylic acid).Wash the toe before application; soaking it for 10 minutes is better. You want to soften the nail. Apply the entire thing like a band-aid and leave it overnight. Don't apply to broken, irritated or infected skin. Pretty much those are the important parts. The rest is the blah blah blah, most of us don't pay attention to anyhow.

I like these nail patches so far. I have been battling toenail fungus on 4 of my nails for a while now. I just began a new topical regimen that seems to be helping. The other topicals I use contain different active ingredients so by introducing these overnight patches, I am hoping to potentiate the antifungal benefits. I was worried about these not staying on but they stick on really well and are actually challenging to remove. The white, circular center (presumably the medicated part), actually comes apart from the rest of the sticker during removal at times. I have only used these a few nights now but they are already lightening my nails and reducing the discoloration. They do leave a bit of a sticky residue behind sometimes but I have just been using a file and buffing the nail surface afterwards. There are 20 patches in the box.

These nail patches are meant to repair damaged nails that could be have been damaged from gluing fake nails, nail art, nail chewing, etc. These patches are just like regular bandages that go on top of the nails. Make sure to clean and wipe your nails dry before applying these patches for better effect. Each patch can be applied and works for about 8 hours.

I have some damage to my nails that I would like to try and fix, so I ordered this product. Unfortunately, I cannot read the directions. I couldn't even see it with my magnifying glass. The print is too mall and it is also light blue over a dark blue background, so hard to read. I could see it a little better after taking a picture of it and enlarging it, but I still can't make it out.I tried to use the product, but I am confused. Do I leave the entire thing on my nail or do I just leave the dot? See my photos.I cannot say if this product is good or bad because I don't know how to use it properly. A printed insert would be very helpful.

I have terrible nail damage from years and years of abuse, primarily from gel nails. This tiny box actually contained 20, not 16 patches, but I wish there were even more. If you want to use these anti-fungal patches on a single nail to cure fungus, this would be more than sufficient. Unfortunately, all of my nails are ruined and I was hoping these would help repair the damage to all of them.The box held enough patches to treat both hands for two nights. Given the tiny bit of improvement I think I got in those two nights, I wish I had more for ongoing treatment. I will have to order additional boxes to see if that helps.The patches are very easy to apply and adhere well. They are flexible, like a fabric bandage, so they don't interfere with activity, but it is probably best to use them at night when mobility is limited. They wrap well because they are scored at the top to go over the tip of the finger, and they stay on throughout the night. Removing them was easy-they peeled right off, but the circles underneath the wraps sometimes remained on my nails. The backing of the patches was very sticky, and some remained when I removed the surface pieces, so I used an oily makeup remover to take off the last of the residue without damaging my nails further. Note: they include a tiny metal nail file in the box which may help to remove the wraps if you need it.I suspect that these are meant to treat nail fungus, which is a great idea. At this time, that is not my issue, but I decided to give these a try for general nail health. The information included on the box is too small to be legible under almost any circumstances, so perhaps more information on the listing would be helpful, particularly for people like me who want to treat something other than fungus.Given what I witnessed in just two applications, I wish they would provide a box with enough patches to treat all of my nails for a longer period of time.
